With the exception of MindManager for Microsoft Teams and MindManager Snap, the following new features are currently only available in MindManager Windows 21.

Discover new personal and collaborative ways to capture, receive, and share links, images, and other content any time, from anywhere. Boost team collaboration with the new capability to receive and share captured content peer-to-peer and among groups of users through the desktop app, Chrome browser, or mobile device. Work with team members across Windows, Mac, Chrome browsers, Android and iOS with ease.
4. NEW Text Accelerators
Take your projects into the fast lane by adding resources and tags to your topics simply by typing ‘@’ or ‘#’ followed by the resource or tag name.
5. NEW Topic Info Styles & Cards
Gain greater control over the display of your information with a fresh new display format that is more clear, concise, and customizable. Ever wish you could see important topic info while working elsewhere on the map? Now you can. Simply pop out your topic info into a movable card and view it anywhere you want. Keep your map free of clutter while retaining quick access to everything. Drag and drop info from cards to topics and vice versa.
6. REDESIGNED Microsoft Word Import & Export
Employ greater flexibility over your Word exports with a new fully customizable output capability. Rebuilt from the ground up to offer greater customization and usability, our Microsoft Word integration no longer has a dependence on a native Word installation.
7. ENHANCED Map Roll Ups
Aggregate data from multiple sources. Map roll ups allow users to add single topics and complete topic structures from multiple maps, regardless of file location, into one master diagram.
8. NEW Places Import & Export
Import & export any supported file type, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project files and more to and from 3rd party storage providers (called Places), such as OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint.

9. NEW Object Shapes
We’ve added new industry-standard shapes to better represent any situation or concept needed to maximize the impact of your diagrams and flowcharts. Now available in MindManager Windows 21 are block arrows, chevrons, parallelograms, and trapezoids.
10. NEW Powerful Flowchart Extensions
Add a new dimension of readability to complex flowcharts with line jumps, including rounded, bridge, and gap jumps. Increase your impact with improved relationship connection capabilities.
